He didn't start FGF because he had it all figured out. He started it because life threw a lot at him, he found his way through, and when you find something that genuinely works, you share it.

Life can be beautifully, exhaustingly chaotic. Nitin knows this better than most. Through real highs and some very real lows, he discovered that feeling good is not a destination you arrive at. It is a daily practice. A community. A choice you make every morning before the noise kicks in.

This line became his compass. Quiet the noise. Find the stillness. Build something real from that place.

And so FeelGoodFella was born, first as a belief, then as a brand, then as an actual space in the heart of Dorset where real people could come together, no pretence required. The Cooler Room. The coffee. The clothing. The yoga. The FeelGood Sessions. All of it starts from one idea: everyone deserves to feel good. Not just those who can afford a therapist or a personal trainer. Not just the lucky ones. Everyone.

That is the mission. It always was.
